On Sunday, May 4, former Aucilla Christian Academy standout Ashlyn Rogers’ current college team, the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes, won 7-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the North Georgia Nighthawks.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Nighthawks this season.

The Hurricanes’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, May 8 at 3 p.m. at FMU Softball Stadium against Francis Marion Patriots.
