Equiturn Holdings Inc., a global financial advisory and capital-markets platform, has secured the top position on the 2026 Seminole 100 list. The annual ranking recognizes the fastest-growing businesses owned or led by Florida State University alumni.
Joshua Orlinsky, who graduated from FSU in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree, leads Equiturn Holdings. The company was honored on February 21 at the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center in Tallahassee during the ninth annual Seminole 100 celebration.
Founded in 2017, Equiturn Holdings specializes in guiding organizations through mergers and acquisitions, capital markets strategies, and private capital solutions. The firm also held the No. 1 spot on last year’s Seminole 100 list and continues to grow within the financial services sector.
“Equiturn’s success reflects the remarkable drive and creativity of Florida State alumni,” said FSU President Richard McCullough. “Their ability to build, innovate and lead in competitive industries is a powerful example of what our graduates can accomplish. We are incredibly proud to celebrate their achievements and the positive impact they are making across Florida and beyond.”
Each year, FSU honors its top 100 alumni entrepreneurs through Seminole 100, an event where honorees receive their rankings and connect with other business leaders. Rankings for Seminole 100 companies are determined by EY, which verifies company information and calculates standings based on compound annual growth rate over three years.
The event included a keynote address from FSU Trustee Brian Murphy, founder and CEO of ReliaQuest. Under Murphy’s leadership, ReliaQuest has grown into an enterprise valued at more than $3.4 billion with operations centers worldwide. Murphy is also a member of the FSU Herbert Wertheim College of Business Board of Governors.
This year’s honorees represent various industries such as technology, financial services, law, marketing, construction, health care, and retail. Of the recognized businesses, most are based in Florida but several come from other states as well. There are also numerous first-time companies featured on this year’s list.
