Florida A&M University’s football program will hold a walk-on interest meeting on Thursday, February 5, at 7 a.m. in Gaither Gym. The event is part of the team’s process to identify potential new players.

During the meeting, coaches and staff will present the expectations for joining the team as well as the procedures for participating in walk-on tryouts. Attendees will also receive the “Student-Athlete Tryout/Late Additional Approval & Tracking” form, which is required for participation.

Prospective walk-ons must submit all necessary documentation by Wednesday, February 11, at 1 p.m. at the Fieldhouse. The actual tryouts are scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 15, at 3 p.m. at Bragg Memorial Stadium.

The meeting aims to ensure that students interested in joining understand both the standards of the football program and what steps they need to complete to be eligible for tryouts.
