Florida A&M University’s men’s basketball team will play against Albany State on Monday night at the Snake Pit. The game will begin at 7 p.m.

The university announced that all educators and school personnel can attend the game for free if they present a valid school-issued ID. This initiative is part of Educators Night, which aims to recognize teachers, staff, and their families from the greater Leon County area. According to the announcement, “all educators and school personnel will receive free admission with a valid school-issued ID.” The event is intended to celebrate those who support students and schools in the region.

Fans attending the game are also encouraged to take part in the Rattler Basketball Christmas Campaign, which runs throughout December. Supporters can bring items such as toys, jackets, gloves, or nonperishable food to donate at the door. Those who donate will receive free entry to the game. As stated by organizers, “Anyone who donates an item at the door will also receive free entry.”

The campaign is part of Florida A&M’s effort to assist local families during the holiday season while inviting community members to enjoy a basketball game.
