The Florida State University beach volleyball team continued its winning streak at the 2026 FSU Unconquered Invitational, sweeping both North Alabama and Southeastern Louisiana on the second day of tournament play. The Seminoles have now won all 25 dual points in the tournament, achieving these victories in under 50 sets.

In their first match against North Alabama, Florida State mixed up some pairings on the lower courts. On court five, last year’s All-American freshman Bailey Higgins teamed up with Maddie Trusty to win in straight sets, 21-14 and 21-13. Jess Horwath and Myriah Massey earned the opening dual point for FSU by taking their match 21-18 and 21-12, with Massey making several key defensive plays.

Later in the day, Florida State faced Southeastern Louisiana with nearly all new pairings. Freshman Julia Tennoy partnered with Jordan Boulware on court one to secure Tennoy’s first win as a Seminole. On court five, Higgins and freshman Elena Lam overcame a challenge from SELU, closing out a third set 15-7 after splitting the first two sets.

Florida State has won every first set played during the tournament so far.

The Unconquered Invitational will conclude tomorrow morning when Florida State faces Southeastern Louisiana again at 9 a.m. EST. Live statistics are available at VolleyballLife.com.
