Florida State women’s lacrosse to face Army at Atlanta Lacrosse Invitational

Florida State University’s women’s lacrosse team will participate in the Atlanta Lacrosse Invitational on Saturday at B.T. Harvey Stadium, located at Morehouse College. The Seminoles, currently holding a 2-2 record, are scheduled to play against No. 21 Army, which has a 2-1 record. The match is set to begin at 6:15 p.m., following the Boston College-Michigan game.

This event marks the third annual Atlanta Lacrosse Invitational and features two collegiate women’s lacrosse games. Senior attacker Lola Mancuso leads Florida State in both points and goals this season, totaling nine goals so far. Sophomore midfielder Meg Kenny has contributed seven goals, including four in a recent game against California.

Defensively, senior goalkeeper Catrina Tobin has made 23 saves this season. Junior midfielder Mary Grace Tibbs leads the team’s defense with seven caused turnovers.
