Four Florida State University volleyball players have been named to the All-ACC Academic Team. The announcement was made Wednesday, recognizing Delaney Ewing, Kyleene Filimaua, Nenu Kpea, and Johanna Sova for their academic and athletic achievements.
Eligibility for the All-ACC Academic Team requires student-athletes to have completed at least one full year at their university, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher, and participate in at least half of the team’s matches.
Delaney Ewing concluded her first season with Florida State by playing in every match and maintaining a 3.60 GPA. She recorded 143 kills and led the team with 121 blocks.
Kyleene Filimaua led the Seminoles this season with 443 kills, ranking eighth in school history for single-season kills. Filimaua received Second Team All-ACC honors and was named an AVCA Southeast Region Honorable Mention. She holds a 3.26 GPA.
Freshman Nenu Kpea played all 117 sets during her first season, finishing with 195 kills and 117 blocks. She is only the fourth freshman at Florida State in the past decade to surpass 100 blocks in a season. Kpea ended the year with a 3.60 GPA.
Johanna Sova participated in 21 matches during the 2025 season, tallying 28 kills and 44 blocks while posting a 3.70 GPA.
