On Friday, April 25, former Lawton Chiles High School standout Ashlynn Pauwels’ current college team, the Black Hills State Yellow Jackets, won 5-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

The game took place at Yellow Jacket Field. This was their first matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 2:15 p.m. at Yellow Jacket Field against Colorado Mesa Mavericks.
