On Saturday, March 29, former Leon High School standout Ian Swanson’s current college team, the Methodist Monarchs, lost 8-7 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Mary Baldwin Fighting Squirrels.

The game took place at John Moxie Memorial Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Fighting Squirrels this season.

The Monarchs’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 30 at 12 p.m. at John Moxie Memorial Stadium against Mary Baldwin Fighting Squirrels.
