On Thursday, May 22, former Lincoln High School standout Gwen McGinnis’ current collegiate team the Tampa Spartans won 6-0 against the Shippensburg Raiders in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Jim Frost Stadium at 4:50 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Shippensburg Raiders in the tournament.

The Tampa Spartans’ next game will take place on Friday, May 23 at 2:50 p.m. at Jim Frost Stadium.
