Get ready for a plumb-tastic evening as the City of Tallahassee invites you to Movies in the Moonlight - Super Mario style! Join us on Saturday, Sept. 30, at Cascades Park for a free showing of "The Super Mario Bros. Movie" beginning at 8 p.m.

The excitement kicks off at 6 p.m. in the Adderley Amphitheater with an array of Mario-themed family fun! Channel your inner hero or villain and dress as your favorite Mario character for a chance to snag a free popsicle (while supplies last). Enjoy a number of fun activities for all ages, including crafts and relay games, and don't miss out on photo ops with toad-ally iconic props!

"The Super Mario Bros. Movie," a thrilling PG-rated animated adventure, will whisk you away on a journey with Mario and Luigi as they embark on a mission to save the beloved Mushroom Kingdom.

Be one of the lucky first 1,000 attendees to receive a complimentary bag of popcorn. Food vendors will also be on-site offering family-friendly dinner options, snacks and treats. Seats in the Adderley Amphitheater are available on a first come, first served basis. Attendees can also bring a blanket and watch the movie from the grass at the back of the amphitheater.

Residents are encouraged to make a day of it by jumping over to Cascades Park early and exploring. Check out the splash pad, Discovery Garden (the interactive kids play area) or take a walk to enjoy the park's natural beauty.

So, mark your calendars and dust off those overalls because Tallahassee is turning into a Mushroom Kingdom for a night you won't want to miss! It's-a-gonna be a super time!
