On December 14 at 3:56 a.m., the Tallahassee Fire Department (TFD) was dispatched to a reported structure fire located in the 8500 block of Old Woodville Road. TFD units arrived on scene and found a mobile home fully involved in fire.
TFD personnel began extinguishing the fire and protecting the surrounding area.
The home was deemed a total loss, and several vehicles were damaged. There were no injuries reported on scene.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
TFD was assisted on scene by Leon County EMS, Leon County Sheriff's Office and Talquin Electric Cooperative. The State Fire Marshal's office was called to the scene for further investigation.
