Three members of the Florida State Seminoles cross country teams have been recognized by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic achievements during the 2025 season. Bieke Schipperen and Suus Altorf were honored from the women’s team, while Isaac Hirshman Chandler received his first recognition on the men’s side.

According to the USTFCCCA, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and meet specific performance criteria to be eligible for All-Academic distinction. This includes finishing in the top 96 in any championship event or in the top 48 in a relay event during the indoor season, or participating in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championship.

Schipperen led both teams with her performances, earning her second All-Conference honor at the ACC Championship after finishing 15th with a time of 19:40.9. She also achieved her second consecutive All-Region recognition at the NCAA South Region Championship by placing ninth with a personal-best time of 19:40.9. Schipperen concluded her season by competing at the NCAA Cross Country National Championship for a second straight year.
