Of the 119 people living in Lloyd in 2020, 29.4 percent (35) were women and 70.6 percent (84) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Tallahassee Sun.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 35. In the 65 and over age range, there were 24 females and 38 males.
