Wakulla Gardens Phase III Sewer Expansion is anticipated to begin in early 2023. Property owners within the project area will receive a letter in the mail in the coming weeks regarding the project. The letter will include an Access Agreement, FAQs document, and a letter to the homeowner from County Administrator David Edwards.

Wakulla County will be conducting an informational public meeting about the project on February 7, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Wakulla County Community Center, Crawfordville Room, 318 Shadeville Road, Crawfordville, FL 32327. The meeting provides the opportunity for you to hear directly from Wakulla County officials and representatives and ask questions about the project.

Homeowners in the project area are encouraged to attend the meeting and bring their Access Agreement, which has been mailed to them. The Access Agreement must be notarized. For convenience, a Public Notary will be available at the upcoming meeting.

All documents mailed to homeowners within the project area, a map of the project area, and a question portal for homeowners can be found on the project webpage linked below:

If you have questions before the meeting, please use the question portal on the project webpage linked above or call the Public Works Department at (850) 926-7616.
