For today's #WOWWednesday, we are putting the spotlight on Cassie Griffith, Solid Waste Manager with the Office of Resource Stewardship. Cassie has worked for the County for about 18 months. In her time here, she has helped prepare large contracts, including the latest curbside collection contract, that improve the daily lives of Leon County citizens. Her favorite part of her job is her coworkers – a cohesive team that she works with closely! Cassie is a member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA) and the North American Hazardous Materials Management Association (NAHMMA). In her free time, she enjoys landscaping and gardening at her house and hanging out by the pool with her two daughters, Raina and Reese. We thank you, Cassie, for all that you do for our community!
