79.1% of Wakulla County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 33,144 citizens living in Wakulla County in 2021, 79.1% were old enough to vote, equating to 26,223 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 14,636 were male, constituting 55.8%, and 11,587 were female, making up 44.2%.
